We want you to be satisfied with BrainDance. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

• Eligible for refund: If no deliverable (3D reconstruction) has been produced during your current billing period, you may request a pro-rata refund for the remaining time.
• Not eligible for refund: Once a reconstruction has been completed and delivered to you during the current billing period, that period is non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at shiboz572@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
