These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BrainDance website and services. By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

BrainDance provides a monthly subscription service for custom volumetric 3D video reconstruction. You submit event footage and we reconstruct it into an interactive 3D experience that can be navigated through time and space.

User Obligations

  • You must own the rights to any footage you submit, or have obtained proper authorization from the rights holder.
  • You may not submit footage containing illegal content or content that violates the rights of others.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscription and Billing

  • The subscription costs $400.00 USD per month, billed monthly via Stripe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

Intellectual Property

BrainDance retains all rights to its technology, software, and reconstruction methods. You retain all rights to your original footage. The reconstructed 3D outputs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use for the duration of your subscription.

Limitation of Liability

BrainDance is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainDance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the current billing period.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to reconstructed content will continue through the end of your current billing period.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
